Q: What insurances do you accept?

We accept most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. Please contact the office for specific insurance carriers we accept.

Q: Do you need a referral?

You will need a referral from your referring physician. However, patients who have addiction issues either to heroin, opioids, or any other substance do not require a referral.

Q: Are you accepting new patients?

Yes, we are new accepting patients, including self-pay patients.

Q: What are your payment options?

We accept cash, credit cards, money orders, and cashier’s check. We do not accept personal checks.

Q: How long will it take for my prescription to be sent to my pharmacy?

Please note that this a specialist clinic. With that in mind, please allow up to 24 hours for your prescriptions to be electronically submitted in order for pharmacies to fulfill your medication.

Q: Do you give paper prescriptions?

No, prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.

Q: How do I check my billing statement?

You may login to the patient’s portal for information regarding your account.

Q: How long will it take to get my medical records?

Please allow up to 2 weeks after your signed request to receive your medical records.
